• ***Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• ⁃Daily running of the caddy master reception, garage, hire items, bag storage and staging area.
• ⁃Manage golfers on and off the golf course whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service.
• ⁃Ensure golfers on the course and practice areas are following the course etiquette and pace of play, as per company guidelines.
• ⁃Meet and greet all clients entering the premises.
• ⁃Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the tour operators and clients experience.
• ⁃ Stay up to date with the latest rates internal procedures and keep all files up to date with the relevant information.
• ⁃Handling customer complaints and passing the information to the appropriate person/s.
• ⁃ Answer all phone lines into the caddy master reception using a phone managing software
• **** Requirements and Qualifications:
• ⁃Excellent knowledge of English, spoken.
• ⁃Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of the team.
• ⁃Some knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• ⁃Excellent verbal communication skills to provide the necessary information to both clients and colleagues.
• ⁃Strong skills involving problem solving.
• ⁃Organizational and time management skills.
• ⁃Some knowledge of Golf preferable.
• ⁃EU citizen or EU work permit holder
