5. Transactions
Transactions are solely between buyers and sellers. The Platform is not a party to any agreement or contract formed between users.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying each other’s credentials, payment methods, and delivery arrangements.
The Platform does not guarantee or warrant the condition, authenticity, or legality of any items listed.
Payment processing, delivery, and any related costs or taxes are the responsibility of the users involved.
6. Fees and Payments
The Platform may charge fees for listing, selling, or promotional services as detailed in our Fee Schedule.
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Platform.
Users retain ownership of their own listings’ content but grant the Platform a license to use and display such content.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful behavior.
Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates any law.
Use the Platform to distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all liability for losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Platform, transactions between users, or reliance on listings.
Under no circumstances shall the Platform be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
11. Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.
