Payment Terms, Refund & Chargeback Policy

6.1 Payment for Services

Marketplace28 offers paid services, including but not limited to premium listings, featured advertisements, and subscription packages (“Paid Services”). Users opting for Paid Services agree to pay all applicable fees as specified at the time of purchase.

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment providers. Marketplace28 does not store payment card details.

6.3 Fees and Charges

All fees are stated in the currency specified at checkout.
Taxes or other government charges may apply and are the responsibility of the user.
Fees are non-refundable except as described in this Policy.

6.4 Refund Policy

Payments made for Paid Services are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued at Marketplace28’s sole discretion in cases of technical issues preventing the delivery of services, duplicate payments, or unauthorized transactions.
To request a refund, users must contact Marketplace28 support within 14 days of the payment date and provide relevant transaction details.

6.5 Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback, Marketplace28 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account and seek recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees.
Chargebacks made without proper cause may result in legal action.

Any disputes relating to payments for goods, services, or listings must be resolved directly between the users involved.
Marketplace28 is not responsible for refunding fees paid for Paid Services if a user fails to receive payment from a third party or disputes a transaction outside the platform.

6.7 Suspension for Non-Payment

Marketplace28 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or access to Paid Services for failure to make timely payment.

6.8 Changes to Fees

Marketplace28 reserves the right to modify fees for Paid Services at any time. Existing subscriptions or purchases will not be affected unless otherwise notified.

7. Dispute Resolution

Marketplace28 is a neutral platform and does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.
For unresolved disputes, users may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels in their jurisdiction.
