• As a Bartender at Evalena Beach Hotel, you will be responsible for creating a delightful and memorable atmosphere for our guests through expertly crafted cocktails and drinks.
• Your role will include, but is not limited to:
• Professional Mixology: Demonstrate proficiency in the preparation of a wide range of cocktails and beverages with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Cost Management: Possess a strong understanding of drink costs, inventory control, and effective management of resources to ensure optimal profitability for the bar.
• Recipe Knowledge
• Exhibit a comprehensive knowledge of beverage recipes and an ability to innovate, creating signature drinks that reflect the unique character of Evalena Beach Hotel.
• Effective Communication
• Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• taking drink orders and providing recommendations while ensuring prompt and accurate service.
• Guest Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with patrons
• anticipating their needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience at the hotel.
• Qualifications
• Previous working experience will be considered positively.
• Knowledge of the English language
