Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Advertising & Campaign Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing advertising campaigns for our clients and overseeing user ads on the Marketplace28 platform. You will tailor campaigns to client demands and business objectives, ensuring maximum engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, optimize, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (including Meta: Facebook & Instagram). Draft, improve, and format ads, including headlines, copy, layout, images, and short video clips.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their objectives and deliver campaigns that meet their specific business needs. Monitor and optimize live campaigns, performing A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Provide performance reports and insights to clients post-campaign. Ensure ad content aligns with brand guidelines and platform policies. Support client listings with enhanced creative and copy for higher engagement.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in digital advertising and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Facebook).
- Experience creating compelling ad creatives: static images, short videos, copy-writing, and layout design.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize in real-time.
- Knowledge of paid advertising packages (Silver, Gold, Diamond) and campaign structuring.
- Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools for ad creation is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising or campaign management.
