Compliance Administrator

✨   Job Description and Duties:

Assisting the company with compliance and AML administration tasks
Undertaking file reviews as required; Upkeeping client files
Take-on and on-going client reviews based on the Company’s procedures
KYC and AML monitoring and administration procedures Monitoring of client
transactions according to their business activities Reviewing and categorize
clients according to their risk Liaising with the Compliance Officer and Administration Dept.
to ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards

Features:

  • ****Academic Criteria:
  • University degree preferably in law/business or related field or relevant experience in the Compliance department of a Cyprus-based regulated company (preferably ASP)
  • ***Work Experience:
  • Experience in a similar role within a regulated environment in the fiduciary industry is required
  • ***Special Requirements:
  • Fluent in professional English and Greek language is a must
  • Good organisational skills
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good time management skills
