We are seeking a diligent, reliable, and hard-working Kitchen Cleaner to join our back-of-house team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our kitchen and dishwashing areas, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our chefs and staff.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00a0\ud83d\udddd\u00a0 \u00a0Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Dishwashing &amp; Pot Washing:\u00a0Operate commercial dishwashers efficiently. Manually wash pots, pans, baking sheets, and kitchen utensils, ensuring they are spotlessly clean and ready for use.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Deep Cleaning:\u00a0Perform deep cleaning of all kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, hoods, and work surfaces, according to daily and weekly schedules.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Floor &amp; Surface Care:\u00a0Sweep and mop kitchen floors thoroughly at the end of each shift. Wipe down walls, shelves, and storage areas.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Waste Management:\u00a0Properly dispose of kitchen waste, separate recycling, and ensure bins are cleaned and sanitized regularly.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Storage &amp; Organization:\u00a0Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Keep the dishwashing area, storage rooms, and back areas neatly organized.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Team Support:\u00a0Support chefs and kitchen porters with basic tasks as needed (e.g., peeling vegetables, moving supplies).<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Health &amp; Safety:\u00a0Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations (as per Cypriot law).
