You will educate clients on using the company\u2019s trading platforms and products, proactively contact them to promote services, and handle incoming queries. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of communications, research regional business opportunities, ensure KPIs are met, support various departments, manage your workflow, and undertake any additional tasks required for job success.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Assist clients throughout the onboarding process<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Relationship management with new and existing clients<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Relationship management with new and existing Partners<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Educate clients on how to use the company\u2019s trading platforms and products<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Being proactive in contacting clients by telephone and email to promote the company\u2019s\u00a0products and services<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Assisting with incoming queries from clients by telephone and email<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Entering and maintaining detailed and accurate records of your communication with clients on the company\u2019s systems<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Researching regional business opportunities<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Ensuring all KPI\u2019s are met<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Supporting and assisting with all departments as required<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Organizing and managing personal workflow<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>All the additional ones the company might require for the successful development of the job<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Fluent German speaker<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Business Professional in verbal and written English<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Excellent communication and written skills as well as attention to detail<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>At least one year experience at the Forex industry in a similar role<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Client focused with excellent customer service<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Strong negotiation skills<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>A broad understanding of financial markets and trading, preferably with foreign exchange<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Dynamic and self-motivated<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Ability to work independently as well as in a team<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Working Schedule:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Monday to Friday, 09:00 &#8211; 17:00<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00a0\u00a0Why Join Us?
