The role of the Office Administrator is to provide exceptional customer service
to our clients and a willingness to assist our agents in their daily duties.
 ✨ Duties include: **Welcoming Visitors and Clients
**Manage/direct incoming calls from Clients
**Manage/direct leads from online sources
**Recording information in the CRM system
**Handling inward and outward correspondence
**Electronic and hard copy filing
**Preparation of agreements and documents
**Preparation of reports
**Support the sales team Reporting to Office Manager
