- ✨Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- *Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- *Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional manners.
- *Escort guests to their accommodation property and explain all the essential information about the property
- *Handle guest inquiries via email, phone, and in person, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
- *Maintain and manage guest reservations, including updating records, processing payments, and handling tour operator bills.
- *Perform general administration tasks and ensure guest records are up-to-date.
- *Work collaboratively with the Guest Relations team and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- *Assist with special guest requests, such as arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, or excursions.
- *Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when necessary.
- ✨Requirements and Qualifications:
- *Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service position.
- *Excellent communication skills.
- *Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- *Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks as needed.
- *Fluent in English language (Russian or any other language will be considered as an advantage).
- *Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- *Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- *EU citizenship or valid EU work permit required.
