• • Communicate effectively with forwarders and suppliers to ensure smooth import operations.
• • Process and manage payments related to imports.
• • Liaise with banks for Letters of Credit and other financial instruments.
• • Clearly communicate and negotiate terms of payment with international partners.
• • Preparation of reports in excel.
• • Reconcile Overseas Creditors Accounts.
• • Handle other import-related work as required. Requirements:
• • Proven experience in an import or logistics role.
• • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• • Good knowledge of both Greek and English.
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
