- Key Responsibilities:
- • Communicate effectively with forwarders and suppliers to ensure smooth import operations.
- • Process and manage payments related to imports.
- • Liaise with banks for Letters of Credit and other financial instruments.
- • Clearly communicate and negotiate terms of payment with international partners.
- • Preparation of reports in excel.
- • Reconcile Overseas Creditors Accounts.
- • Handle other import-related work as required. Requirements:
- • Proven experience in an import or logistics role.
- • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- • Good knowledge of both Greek and English.
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
